Court Revel: Terms & Conditions

1. General Admission

• Each ticket admits one (1) person to the event.
• Attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
• Entry may be denied if tickets are invalid, duplicated, or suspected of being resold fraudulently.

2. Ticket Policy

• All tickets sold are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferable. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the recipient has the correct ticket details.
• The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

3. Event Format & Expectations

• This is a social, free-roaming event with light programming and optional activities.
• Activities and programme elements are subject to change without prior notice.
• No guarantee is made regarding specific performances, activities, or schedules.

4. Food & Beverages

• No outside food or beverages are to be brought into the event space.
• Food and drinks are available for purchase from nearby vendors.
• Attendees are expected to dispose of all waste responsibly.

5. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Safety & Liability

• Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
• The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Please follow all instructions given by staff and volunteers.

7. Weather Policy

• This is a rain or shine event.
• In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to modify or suspend parts of the programme.
• Weather related cancellations will only occur if weather conditions present a danger at the venue. Adventurers accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on event days and acknowledge that tickets will not be refunded if the event is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or if a force majeure event occurs.

8. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organisers on-site.

9. Entry & Re-Entry

• Entry may be subject to capacity limits and crowd control measures.
• Re-entry policies may be enforced at the organiser’s discretion.

10. Amendments

• The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Any updates will be reflected on the official ticketing platform and on social media.
